Rowan-Cabarrus Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verification. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted using the information below. Please note that current term enrollment verifications will not be available until approximately 24-48 hours after the 10% point (the drop /refund deadline) of your latest starting class.

Requesting to pick up or mail?
Students requesting to pick up or have the college mail enrollment verifications may do so by logging into your WebAdvisor account after the 10% point of the semester. Once logged in, select Enrollment Verification and complete the form provided. Allow 24-48 hour processing time. When picking up any requested information at either North or South Campus Navigation Station, photo ID (Student ID Card, Driver’s License) must be presented.
